剪纸的介绍（Introduction of Paper-Cutting）
剪纸在中国是历史悠久、流传很广的一种民间艺术形式。剪纸，就是用剪刀或刻刀将纸剪成各种各样的图案。中国剪纸艺术早在商代就己出现用竹片、金箔、皮革、树叶等材料剪影镂空的图纹艺术形式。随着造纸术的发明，剪纸艺术得到了蓬勃发展，材料的易取得性让剪纸进入到正轨，从而带动整个剪纸行业的发展。剪纸因材料易得、成本低廉、效果立见、适应面广，样式千姿百态，形象普遍生动而受欢迎。剪纸不仅表现了群众的审美爱好，并含蕴着民族的社会深层心理。剪纸来源于生活，又美化生活，它的主要创作者是妇女，同时，广大妇女也正是它最大的传承群体，因此剪纸也被称为“女性艺术”、“母亲艺术”。
Paper-cutting is a folk art with a long history and being widespread in China. People cut paper into different patterns by using scissors or a cutter. Early in the Shang Dynasty, the art of Chinese paper-cutting appeared as an art form of hollowed out patterns with bamboo, gold foil, leather, leaves and other materials. With the invention of paper, the art of paper-cutting has developed vigorously. Paper-cutting is popular because of its easy-to-obtain materials, low cost, immediate effects, wide adaptability, various styles and vivid images. Paper-cutting not only shows the aesthetic taste of the masses, but also contains the deep social psychology of the nation. Paper-cutting comes from life and it beautifies life. Its main creators and inheritance groups are women. Therefore, paper-cutting is also called "female art" and "mother art".
鉴赏与心得（Art Appraiser and Reflection）
线条是剪纸艺术的基本要素，镂空和勾连是最基本的线条组合方式。此外，剪纸作品十分讲究图案组成的对称和平衡。剪纸艺术着力表现自然世界的生动多姿。剪纸创作者在最初的学习时也是先从剪刻自然景物开始的。剪纸艺术从本质上来说是一种集色彩、图案和文字元素于一体的视觉符号，融合着创作者的情感和技艺，表达了对生活的感悟、热爱和期盼，凝聚了中国千年来的传统文化积淀，是承载民间艺术文化的母体之一。
当我深入了解剪纸这门艺术，发现古人很有智慧，只是单靠一把普通的剪刀，一张简单的红纸，却在他们的手中演绎着各种各样的故事。而且这融合了道德，哲学及美学理念。因为我是这方面的初学者，所以在剪之前要在纸上刻画好图案，而且要刻出镂空的感觉非常的难，因为纸折起来会有一定的厚度，就会很难刻，但是那些有很深功底的剪纸艺人可以直接在纸上剪出复杂的图案，所以真心地佩服他们。这就是我对剪纸艺术的鉴赏与心得，希望我的讲解可以让大家对剪纸有基本的了解。
First of all, lines are the basic elements of paper-cutting art. Hollowing and linking are the most basic line combinations. Paper-cutting works are extremely care about the symmetry and balance of the pattern composition. The art of paper-cutting focuses on expressing the vividness of the natural world. Most of the beginners will select natural sceneries as their practice materials. The art of paper-cutting is essentially a visual symbol that integrates colour, pattern and text elements. It integrates the creator’s emotions and skills, expresses the perception, love and expectation of life, and embodies the tradition of China for thousands of years.
When I learned deeply about paper-cutting, I realized that the ancient people were wise. They only relied on a pair of ordinary scissors and a piece of simple red paper to interpret various stories in their hands. This shows the combination of moral, philosophical and aesthetic ideas. Since I am a first learner in this field, I have to carve out the patterns on the paper before cutting and it is not a simple task. The change of the thickness of the folded paper increases the hardness to engrave. I really admire those professional paper-cutting artists who can directly cut out complex patterns on paper without any pre drawing assistance. This is my appreciation and experience of the paper-cutting art. I hope that my explanations can help you to understand paper-cutting art well.
