扇子舞是中国传统民间舞蹈之一。它最早源于朝鲜族传统巫俗，是朝鲜族代表性的舞蹈，后来发展成为表演性的一种舞蹈形式，已有三千多年的历史。舞者双手持羽扇，身穿白衣，动作多摹仿飞翔姿态，体现出优美、柔和的动作，表现宁静、自由的农林生活。扇子舞由女子表演，通过舞动扇子抒发内心的喜悦之情。动作舒展大方，舞动扇子与执扇造型有机地融为一体，在舒缓的节奏中给人以优美典雅的感受，在轻快的节奏中则显得欢快活泼。
Fan dance is one of the Chinese traditional folk dances. It originated from the Korean traditional witchcraft and is a representative dance of the Korean ethnic group and later developed into a form of dance performance with a history of more than 3,000 years. The dancers are dressed in white clothes with feather fans in both hands, and their movements mimic the flying posture, embodying graceful and soft movements and expressing a peaceful and free life in agriculture and forestry. The fan dance is performed by women and expresses the joy of the heart by dancing the fan. The movements are natural and poised, fan dancing and appearance are merged into one, giving people a graceful and elegant feeling in a relaxed rhythm, and it is cheerful and lively in a brisk rhythm.

扇舞借用一把延长手臂表现力的折扇，演绎了中华民族的舞蹈艺术的神韵之美。扇舞是一个极富舞蹈本体特征的作品，它的一大特点是重其韵律，不随意乱用技巧，仅靠舞者的身体和那把扇子，通过舞者身体那快慢相宜、刚柔相济、抑扬顿挫、错落有致的运动，将扇子与肢体动作的幅度、力度、速度、重力和空间相结合，将扇舞与其它舞种区分开来。体现出了中国舞独有的舞蹈韵味和独特的精神气质，让人们在意醉神迷、出神入化中品味中国舞蹈向前发展的无穷神韵。
我会选择扇子舞作为中华艺术这门课的表演艺术门类是因为本身很少接触扇子舞也没有机会跳，所以就想借由这次的机会给于自己一个挑战且能从中学习扇子舞的艺术美。另一方面也给于自己一个能自主学习，完成一首舞蹈的机会。我会选择“左手指月”这首歌作为舞蹈配乐是因为扇子舞给人一贯的风格是比较柔的舞蹈但我在这舞蹈里面决定跳脱一般的风格而跳出一种比较刚以及较大力度的动作，展现和以往扇子舞不一样的风格。
Fan Dance uses a folding fan that extends the expressiveness of the arm to interpret the charm and beauty of the dance art of the Chinese nation. Fan dance is work with rich characteristics of dance. One of its major characteristics is that it emphasizes its rhythm and does not use skills randomly. It only relies on the dancer's body and the fan, through the dancer's body that is suitable for speed, rigidity and softness, and ups and downs. The scattered movement combines the amplitude, intensity, speed, gravity and space of the fan and body movements to distinguish the fan dance from other dances. It embodies the unique dance charm and unique spiritual temperament of Chinese dance and makes people appreciate and mesmerize by the development of the infinite charm of Chinese Dance.
The reason I choose fan dance as the performing arts category of the Chinese art course is that I rarely touch fan dance and have no chance to dance, so I want to take this opportunity to give myself a challenge and learn the artistic beauty of fan dance. On the other hand, I also gave myself a chance to learn independently and complete dance to make myself become better. I chose the song "Upwards to the moon" as the dance soundtrack because the usual style of fan dance is softer and lighter, but in this dance, I decided to break away from the general style and jump out of a more rigid and stronger style to show a different style from the previous fan dance.
扇子舞的特点在于羽扇这个道具，它意味着手臂的延长。从羽扇里，就能够感悟到古人的审美趣味。彩金所选择的扇子舞形式是单扇舞，所采用的扇子是长扇。长扇通常有1.5米的长度，这是差不多成年女生的高度。所以，当彩金在挥动扇子的时候动作幅度会很大。自由、奔放、无拘无束的感情在这些动作里发挥得淋漓尽致。彩金跳舞的力道速度与音乐节奏的舒缓轻快相互配合，加上眼神的到位，很快就把观赏者带入情境当中。舞蹈是一种肌肉记忆，唯有反复练习才能熟悉每个动作，进而方能投入情感。
回复删除看了采金的扇子舞蹈表演后，有一种惊艳的感觉。采金的舞蹈有种妩媚之美，扇子与肢体动作的幅度、力度、速度和重力相结合，充分体现出了扇子舞独有的舞蹈韵味和独特的精神气质，再搭配“左手指月”这首舒缓的歌，更给人们一种优美典雅的感受。采金的眼神及面部表情也非常到位，美丽的舞姿让我也不禁陶醉其中！
回复删除扇子舞是一种展现女性柔美的一种舞蹈。扇子舞的表演者大多数都是女性，运用折扇，通过舞者身体动作，将扇子与肢体的幅度、力度、速度、重力和空间相结合出漂亮的舞蹈动作。采金的舞蹈动作相较与柔的风格，她是属于比较刚的，我们可以看出她的一些动作是比较大力度且干净利落。漂亮的舞蹈动作搭配采金的眼神与神情让人深陷在她曼妙的舞姿里。
